Problem with File Import
I am trying to use the File Import tool, but I can't get it to list the files that I have in the directory. I have tried to refresh by hitting File Import, I have changed the directory in the Site Manager and nothing works - it is totally blank under where it says, "Select files to be imported from...". Is this not enabled in the free version?

Hi,

What is the path value you have added in Site Manager -> Settings -> select your site from upper left drop down list -> Files -> Files import folder?


!!!UPDATE - in the path expression: the last slash should not be there after <something>!!!

I have added there this: c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\<web project>\something
and it is working.

Please check the path in CMS Desk -> Tools -> File import -> On the top should be the same path as you have added in the settings.
