Thank you for your message. This is a minor bug - the Newsletter module and Newsletter document type appear with the same name.

If you choose them, you will see that the Newsletter document type has 6 different permission names, while the module has only 4 names.

You can solve it by changing the module display name in Development -> Modules before we fix it in the nearest version.
