kentico single database
Is it possible considering the following scenario:

We have many clients and moving them all to a cms system is a big task. For example creating as many database on the production server which result in more maintainence. Is it possible to have a single database that manages all the kentico databases. For example adding a new key in the database such as clientID and that clientID points to their paticular database. In this way we would only be managing one single database.

Is it practically possible. If it is, then could you point me in the right direction.

Also the deployment on the production server involves copying all the files from the development server. Is it possible to put in the precompiled binary files?

Lastly using content staging, one can transfer all the files from the development to production. Is there a way, one can do this on localhost, to see how it works.

thanks

Re: kentico single database
Also i would like to clear one thing is that, since the structure of the database is same across all the instances of kentico database, then if we have only one kentico database, in which we can an extra field such as clientID or what ever, then is it possible. In this way it would be easier to manage all the information belonging to different web site in one single database. This would require possibly modifying the stored procedures, and a lil bit of the table. This would be absolutely wonderful, if somehow this can be accomplished.
