Is it possible to add another "layer" to the forum, which will return just a list of clickable post-subjects? (similar to the way the forum posts are listed here)

eg:

Forum 1
--Forum Group 1
--Forum Group 2

Clicking on "Forum Group 1" will take the user to a list of the post titles rather than directly to all posts (and however many levels of replies have been posted), and you then click on a post to see the complete thread.
