Empty Shopping Cart
I am not sure why I am getting the following message:
"We are sorry, the selected product is currently not available for purchase. Shopping cart is empty. Shopping cart is empty. "

I have double-checked that I made the item an active product using the Products button in the Content toolbar.

My url is showing that it is picking up the ID and quantity, but I do notice that the ProductID of the product that I created is different from the ProductID in the Product Properties where I activate it. Could this be an issue?

Yes, you may want to check if you're passing the CMS_Tree.ComProductID value instead of Content_Product.ProductID value.

Thank you. I suppose at some point I changed that part of the product transformation. I changed it back to ComProductID and it works.
