This may be a noob question, but I am relatively new to Kentico CMS, having just started using version 1.6b. My question is not that 1.7 is out, how do I upgrade my existing site to version 1.7? While the new installation is fairly well documented and automated, there appears to be no update procedure.

I assume I want to replace my cmsdesk folder with the new one, and copy the latest assemblies into my bin folder, but how does the database get updated? It appears that there are some new tables, and maybe a few other changed to the database. How do these get made?
