Thank you for your message. This happens in case that you use some nullable field as a document name source field. Then, when you do not enter any value in that field, the document cannot be saved as it doesn't have any name.

Please go to CMS Desk -> Development -> Document Templates -> <Your document template> -> Settings -> nodenamesourceattribute. See the value - it is the name of the field that is used as the document name.

Then, please open Template Attributes for your template and do not allow empty values for this field.
