I'm sorry for the delay in answering your message. As Kentico CMS Desk (the administration interface) is delivered with source code in all versions (even in the trial version), you can modify the Header.aspx page to add your link.

However, I would rather recommend you defining your own module in the Development section. Here you can define a link to your module and specify if it should appear in Tools section.
