inserting user control into editable region
I am using Version1.8b, C#, asp.net1.1 creating from a blank solution...I want to insert user control into an editable region, but when I click on the 'insert user control', I get a compilation error saying that "'Kentico.CMS.CMSDesk.fck_InsertUserControls' is defined in multiple places". I am guessing it is a configuration thing, because it works find from a SampleSite.

Can you steer me in the right direction?

Thanks,
forrester

Re: inserting user control into editable region
Hello,

unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this with 1.8b/c# 2003/blank project. It works correctly on our machines. Could you please try to install another blank installation into a new folder, create a new article document and try to use the "Insert User Control" button?

This error could be caused by some configuration of DLLs in your project, but first, I'd like to make sure that a blank project without any changes works on your machine.

Thank you.

I installed a new blank solution and it worked...what would I check with the DLL's to see if there is a conflict.

Thanks,

Re: inserting user control into editable region
Thank you. Could you please check if the references in the web site project, as well as in the CMSDesk project (in the CMSDesk subfolder) are the same as in the new blank solution?

Thank you.
