Unfortunately, this is not allowed because you need to run all your web sites on a single physical server and your hosting provider cannot guarantee it if you have a shared hosting. However, you can choose a dedicated server instead of shared hosting - the price is basically the same and you will be able to use the Server License for any number of sites on that server.
