Thank you for you message.

you need to enter the whole license key including DOMAIN, PRODUCT and EXPIRATION lines. Also please be sure to use the free edition license key only for 3.x version. It doesn't work with the 4. 0 BETA release. If you want a key for the BETA version please send us a message to support@kentico.com.

Hi,
I have downloaded the free edition of kentico cms. We set up an kentico application in the server. When we try to access it through the internal IP / External IP address, we get the following error message. Please help so that we can access it internally / externally.

"Requested action was cancelled due to nonfulfillment of some license limit. Please check event log to get more details”.

Hi,

the free edition has some restrictions which you can see here: http://www.kentico.com/Downloads/KenticoCMS_5_Pricing_for_Web.pdf

Unless you fulfill them it displays that error message. You can see:
Site manager -> Administration -> Event log

to know more details about what restriction was broken.

Loading Kentico as locthost

Helena,

I need help loading Kentico on my computer for a 30 trial period. At the end of my trial period we are looking to buy the Kentico Enterprise Marketing Solution version. However, I have not been able to get any help by support or with Jillian S. Sheehan. This is also will be a determining factor in buying this product.

We Will Need Help and Support Moving Forward.

I have called and left several messages and sent emails requesting for help. Support told me because I am using the Kentico package as a trial they're not obligated to help me. I am having an issue with the database.

Do you have or anyone having a more of detail training installation video? Of Any Kind?

Hi,

I do not see on our support any unanswered voice messages nor unanswered tickets nor from you. Could you please let me know exact date a time we did not answer you or told you you are not eligible to receive support?

Anyway, we have som videos available on our videos page or, you can also attend a training session.

Whole installation procedure is described step by step in our documentation. You just need to know the address of your SQL server and the access credentials in it. The screen shots in the documentation are just samples and the values in it are different for each installation.
