License from one website to unlimited websites / Development and staging environment

Hello,

I am doing some research with the trial version of Kentico and i have two questions about Kentico licenses before taking a decision.

1) Is it possible to upgrade a 10 websites' license to an unlimited website license?
I need to anticipate this possibility in the case where I need to create more than 10 sites.

2) For a development or staging environment, do i have to buy another licenses for these environments?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Kentico CMS.

1) If you need to upgrade a single license to a higher (Server) license or to a higher (Ultimate or Kentico EMS) edition, it's possible to purchase the upgrade at any time later, without any extra fee, only for the price difference. Just need to mention that the upgrade does not extend your maintenance contract so your maintenance period will not change and will start from the date of your purchase of your license which you would like to upgrade.

2) There is no developer fee. Once you purchase any Kentico CMS license, we will generate any number of license keys for your development/testing/staging domains for you at no extra fee.
