On your licensing page you state that a license can be used by any number of developers.

"You need only production-time license. When you purchase a Web site or server license, you will receive a license key that allows you to run Kentico CMS either on specified domain or on the address for unlimited time. This license key can be used by any number of your developers for development of the Web site."

I'd like to use the same license on several development machines (which share a database), and a seperate testing, staging and production machine. Does one site or server license cover all this? And is it required to introduce proper domainnames on all these machines: developer1.domain.com, test.domain.com, staging.domain.com, www.domain.com?
