Failed to save the document
I have created a new document type with a field called CaseFile with the Attribute type of File and the field type of Upload File.

When ever I try to create a new document using that document type I get the error below in a popup window when I click save.

Failed to save the document: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

As a side note I have tried different field types like Attribute Text and Field type of File Selection, but I get the same error.

Any Suggestions?
