Saves temporary file previously saved via the SaveUploadedFileAsTempFile(IUploadedFile, String, String, Int32, Int32, Int32) method as a permanent form file.

tempFileIdentifier: Type: SystemString
Identifier of the temporary file to derive file name from.
tempFilesFolderPath: Type: SystemString
Folder path where temporary files are being saved.
fileName: Type: SystemString
File name to be used for temporary file.
filesFolderPath: Type: SystemString
Folder path where uploaded form files are being saved.
siteName: Type: SystemString
Site name the corresponding form belongs to.

Exceptions
