Remarks

Adding the MultiBuyDiscountCollectionInfo does not affect other existing info objects like MultiBuyDiscountSKUInfo or MultiBuyDiscountDepartmentInfo or MultiBuyDiscountBrandInfo or MultiBuyDiscountTreeInfo This could lead to extended discount application than needed.
