ProviderHelper.LoadHashTables Method

Returns true if the hashtables for specified object type should be loaded with the data. Reflects the AppSettings key "CMSLoadHashtables" + objectType.Replace(".", ""), e.g. CMSLoadHashtablesCMSUser.
