EmailHelper.ResolveMetaFileImages Method (EmailMessage, Int32, String, String)

Appends all attached files to given email. Replaces link 'src="...GetMetaFile.aspx?...fileguid=..."' or 'src=".../GetMetaFile/..." with link to e-mail in-line attachments (only for images).
