Limits length of the given plain text.

textObj: Type: SystemObject
Plain text to limit (Text containing HTML tags is not supported)
maxLength: Type: SystemInt32
Maximum text length
padString: Type: SystemString
Trimming postfix
wholeWords: Type: SystemBoolean
If true, the text won't be cut in the middle of the word
