Here you can see a list of shipping options available in your on-line store. For each product, it is possible to specify whether shipping is required. For example, media files or e-books that the customer downloads from your site when purchased do not require any shipping. On the other hand, other products such as clothing, footwear, food, electronics etc. need to be supplied to the customer using a delivery service. Shipping options thus represent the actual services used to deliver the product to the customer.

If global shipping options are allowed for the current site (CMS Desk -> E-commerce -> Configuration -> Store settings -> Global objects or Site Manager -> Settings -> E-commerce -> Global objects), the Site drop-down list is visible enabling you to view global shipping options, current site shipping options or a mix of global and current site shipping options. However, if global shipping options are not allowed for the current site, only shipping options created on the current site can be viewed. If available, the Site drop-down list offers you the following options:

(global and this site)

Both global and current site shipping options are listed. The option does not allow to create a new shipping option.

(global)

Only global shipping options are listed. The option allows to create a new global shipping option by clicking the AddNewShippingCost New shipping option button.

current site

Only current site shipping options are listed. The option allows to create a new site shipping option by clicking the AddNewShippingCost New shipping option button.

The listed items can be Edited (Edit) or Deleted (Delete) and you can also perform OtherActions Other actions such as ExportObject Export, Backup Backup, Restore Restore, Delete Destroy or Clone Clone. After clicking the ArrowBottom icon in the header of the Actions column, a context menu is displayed, offering options for export of listed data to various types of files.
