Streams the data file to the response.

Parameters

filepath

Type: System.String
File path

returnOutputData (Optional)

Type: System.Boolean
If true, output data is returned

Return Value

Type: Byte[]
Returns streamed binary data if requested by returnOutputData. Binary data are never returned for range requests.
