ContactHelper.Merge Method (ContactInfo, ContactInfo, Hashtable, Hashtable)

Merges one contact into another contact. Contacts must be on the same site (or global).

Parameters

mergeInto

Type: CMS.OnlineMarketing.ContactInfo
Will be merging into this contact. Must be on same site as 'mergeFrom' contact or global

mergeFrom

Type: CMS.OnlineMarketing.ContactInfo
Will be merged. Must be as 'mergeInto' contact or global if 'mergeInto' is global

ACcollisionResult

Type: System.Collections.Hashtable
Optional. Hashtable containing result of collision results. Contains 'AccountID' keys and 'ContactRoleID' values.

CGresult

Type: System.Collections.Hashtable
Optional. Hashtable containing result of contact groups which should be added to parent contact.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
Returns TRUE if merging was successful.
