Here you can see a list of all tax classes available for the current site. Tax classes represent a customizable feature which allows you to configure taxes the customers need to pay when purchasing in your on-line store. You can specify different tax classes with different rates for each country or state and then apply the taxes to particular products and shipping options.

 

You can add a new tax class by clicking the New tax class button. The listed items can be Edited () or Deleted () and you can also perform Other actions such as Export, Backup, Restore, Destroy or Clone. After clicking the icon in the header of the Actions column, a context menu is displayed, offering options for export of listed data to various types of files.

 

Please note that if you are using current site settings for tax classes, the Copy from global button allows you to copy global tax classes. However, doing so, your current site tax classes will be lost (if defined).
