The BizForms module enables non-technical users (content editors) to create and publish simple on-line forms, such as "contact us form", "order form" or "event registration form". The form can be published on the website by inserting a special macro expression into the text or using the BizForm web part.

 

Here's an example of such form:

 

 

The captured data is stored in a separate database table and optionally sent by e-mail to specified address. They can be viewed through the web user interface and exported to Microsoft Excel.
