Returns true if the view mode is editing view mode

	bool includeEditDisabled = false

viewMode

Type: CMS.PortalEngine.ViewModeEnum
View mode to check

includeEditDisabled (Optional)

Type: System.Boolean
if set to true returns true for EditDisabled as well.

Type: Boolean

Usage Note
