Unsubscribes email address from given newsletter. Does nothing if specified email is already unsubscribed.

newsletterID

Newsletter ID

issueID (Optional)

Type: System.Nullable<Int32>
ID of issue that visitor used for unsubscription. Use only when issue ID is known.
