SerializationExtensions.SelectField Method

Selects only such FailedMappings which FieldName is same as fieldName from the failedMappings (comparison is case insensitive).

Parameters

failedMappings

Type: System.Collections.Generic.ICollection<FailedMapping>
Collection of failed mappings (see DeserializationResult).

fieldName

Type: System.String
Name of field that which failed TranslationReferences should be selected.

Return Value

Type: IEnumerable<FailedMapping>

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type ICollection<FailedMapping>. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).

Remarks

fieldName comparison is case insensitive.
