Writes XML representation of selected columns of current instance of IDataContainer to provided XmlWriter.

Syntax

	XmlWriter xml,
	List<string> columns,
	bool binary
)

data: Type: CMS.BaseIDataContainer
IDataContainer to serialize
xml: Type: System.XmlXmlWriter
XmlWriter instance for outputting data
columns: Type: System.Collections.GenericListString
Columns which should be written
binary: Type: SystemBoolean
If true, binary data is exported, if false, binary columns remain empty
