Class representing tax which should be applied to the specified shopping cart item. It implements IItemTax interface.

Public property	ItemTaxIsGlobal	True - tax class value is set in global main currency, False (default) - tax class value is set in site main currency. Takes effect only if tax class is flat.
Public property	ItemTaxValue	Tax class value. It can be either relative or flat according to the ItemTaxClassIsFlat property.
Public property	ItemTaxZeroIfIDSupplied	True - if customer's tax ID is supplied, the tax value for the customer is zero. False (default) - value of the tax is calculated
