Parameters

baseId

Type: System.String
Base web part id (required)

counterOffset (Optional)

Type: System.Int32
The counter number which will be used as a starter counter for checking the unique id. Example: counterOffset=2, returns ids starting with number two ('wp_2', 'wp_3', 'wp_4'...)
