RE:Problem in workflow :(
Hi,

What is the exact workflow setup? Have you followed the defining workflow documentation and have you added the custom step, assigned appropriate user role to it?

RE:Problem in workflow :(
Hi,

Thank you for the clarification.

1. Please create and use another user account - the global administrator user has special permissions so adding it to some role does not mean its permissions are restricted. It is better to create a testing account for this purpose, grant it with editor flag and then add it to the role you want.

2. The issue is that in the workflow you have specified the scope for CMS.NEWS document type and on one of the screen shots you are on a Page (menu) item document which means that the workflow is not applied to it.

Have you tried to follow the example in the documentation I linked before to learn and understand how the things work in workflow setup?

RE:Problem in workflow :(
Hi,

Have you tried to hit Save button in order to start the workflow cycle and create the first version?
Have you tried to define ALL document types in the document type drop down list?
Have you tried to add the % sign to the end of the scope starting path?

On the Documents tab you can verify to which documents the workflow is applied and change the settings of the scope to match your needs.

Best regards,
