is advanced workflow is available at ultimate license ?

Hi I have upgraded my project from kentico 8.2 to kentico 9. After upgradation I am facing a problem when I delete previous license then an error(general.specifiedFeatureNotAvailable) is generated. So I am not able to configure the license for kentico 9. Please help me.
