ChatFloodProtector.CheckOperation Method

Checks specified operation for flooding. One user can perform an operation only once in the interval specified in settings.

Unique identifier of the chat user.

operation

Operation performed.

Type: Boolean
True if user can perform the operation. False if it is called to early.
