Here you can see a list of all order statuses available in your on-line store. An order status gives you the stage of your customer's order; i.e. it represents what has been happening with the order since the customer placed it. For example, the Completed status would mean that all steps of the purchase process have been completed.

You can add a new order status by clicking the AddNewOrderStatus New order status button, Edit (Edit) or Delete (Delete) an existing item in the list, change the succession (Up), (Down) of the listed items and you can also perform OtherActions Other actions such as ExportObject Export, Backup Backup, Restore Restore, Delete Destroy or Clone Clone. After clicking the ArrowBottom icon in the header of the Actions column, a context menu is displayed, offering options for export of listed data to various types of files.

Please note that if you are using current site settings for order statuses, the CopyFromGlobalOrderStatus Copy from global button allows you to copy global order statuses. However, doing so, your current site order statuses will be lost (if defined). More details about how to configure global settings in your on-line store can be found in E-commerce Guide -> Configuring your store -> Multisite store.

More resources concerning orders can be found in E-commerce Guide -> Managing your store -> Orders.

Further information about order statuses can be found in the Order statuses topic in the same section of the E-commerce Guide.
