Record & Send Your Issue with Screencast
Including a screencast with your support ticket will make issue submissions easier for you and will help us understand and solve your issue faster. No registration, software download, or installation required.
If you want to record a video of your issue or question, you can go to our support page and click the "Record a screencast of your issue" button, as shown in the image below:
After you click the button, the screen recorder is downloaded and, once you confirm to open it, the controls for the recorder will open. Once this has loaded, you need to adjust/re-size the frame and hit the red record button to start recording.
Once you are finished, press the pause button in the player controls and then the "Done" button.
You will then be presented with a simple form in which you should add your name, e-mail, subject and any additional details.
When you hit the "Upload" button, we will receive your screencast case submission.
You may have noticed that we send automated responses to your initial e-mails. Therefore, if you send us a message, but do not receive the auto-reply, it means we have not received your message. Sending your screencast via our online form is the next best way to contact us if this happens.
