Record & Send Your Issue with Screencast

We have just launched a new feature that will make issue submissions easier for you and will help us understand and solve your issue faster. No registration, software download or installation required.
If you want to record a video of your issue or question, you can now go to our support page and click the "Record a screencast of your issue" button, as shown in the image below:



The process is very straightforward; after you click the button, the screen recorder is loaded. You just need to adjust/re-size the frame and hit the red record button to start recording.
Once you are finished, press the "Done" button.
You will then be presented with a simple form in which you should add your name, e-mail, subject and any additional details, and, if you like, you can watch a video preview of your recording.

Then, when you hit the "Upload" button, we will receive your message with the video, which we will check and answer as soon as possible.

And one more thing – you may have already noticed that we started sending automated responses to your e-mails a few days ago. So, if you send us a message, but do not receive the auto-reply, it means we have not received your message and you might try sending it via online form or from another e-mail address or you can call  one of our support numbers:
