Hello, Unfortunately the upgrades are not cumulative, you will have to upgrade through each version (5.0 -> 5.5 -> 5.5r2 -> 6.0 -> 7.0) separately. Let me know if you need further help. Regards, Josef Dvorak

Hi, I've just performed the upgrade from 6 to 7 again and again the when trying to add a new item such as a folder you get the add a new product form instead. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Cheers Paul.
