Hi Edward, I put hotfix 28 on the site and I am still getting the same error.

I have applied latest hotfix 6.0.36. Stilll the problem persists? Please help regards Aashish Khandelwal

This is caused by ASP.NET not recognizing IE10. You have to apply hotfix 2600088 to fix it.
