We are getting this error and are using hotfix 18. It happens consistently when using the Modal "Select file" dialog and uploading a new file. If we pick an existing file, the error does not happen, but if a new file is uploaded, we get the error.

I don't actually have the latest, I'm only up to hotfix 17. It wasn't an urgent issue in our case - we have several servers that are chained with staging moving around but wanted to give you guys a heads-up in case in did later on! Regards, Andrew
