The default dashboard for all our Roles is for editors to just see Pages and Media Libraries applications. I just went in to edit a Role default dashboard and clicked Add Applications button and selected a listed application, but when I submitted that screen it removed the existing apps and only showed the one I selected, as verified by impersonating a user in that Role. So I went back in and edited the Role and selected all three apps I want their dashboards to show, but it will only show the last app I clicked on even though the other two boxes were checked. What am I doing wrong?
I would try clearing the browser cache, logging out and back in. The selector dialog - if the previously selected apps were not also selected, then they are removed. This was a bit confusing design of the selector dialog.
