Can you be a little more specific? What about the Kentico Widgets are you trying to track?
Kentico widgets are sub-sets of web parts, and are basically ascx control. YOu can clone Kentico web parts and adjust the code to include any hooks with external monitoring systems, and then create widgets off of those web parts, if that is what you are looking to do.
