We launched our Kentico website last year. It worked ok for the first a couple of months. However, the site crashed the 2nd time today. I am saying "crashed" because the main page doesn't show the correct content and format it suppose to be. After restart the application at IIS, the site recovered. I had checked the application log on our server, but no significant evidence indicating what was wrong. Any thought on this issue?

What version site are you running? Is it hosted on a physical server or in the cloud? Any customizations?
Does the Kentico Eventlog give you any errors or more info? Any changes made to the server recently (windows updates, security settings, main IIS configurations)?
It is under Version: v.8.0.21
And, the app is on Cloud.
So where in the cloud? Is it on shared hosting or an actual server (virtual or physical)? If shared hosting you might check out to see if you have restrictions on memory. Kentico v8 and above recommend/require at least 1GB of memory. This is a very common limitation on shared hosting.
