Kentico 12 MVC Sections

Is it possible to specify which sections are allowed on a given EditableArea?

I know how to define a section (https://docs.kentico.com/k12/developing-websites/page-builder-development/developing-page-builder-sections), how to specify the default section on a given EditableArea, and also how I can restrict which widgets can be loaded, but I'd like to restrict certain sections to only specified places?

Isn't it possible that you are trying to achieve the same as discussed in this thread?

Not quite - I want to limit what sections I can add, not the widget's themselves...

So, on "place holder 1", I can only add a "single-col-seciton", but on "place holder 2", and can add a "single-col-section" AND a "two-col-section"..

Does that make sense?

Hi,
OK, got it - I am afraid it is not possible at this moment. You can only set a default section for given area.
