The Forum webpart uses the 'nickname/username' transformation in the thread view and forum posts, I'm working on an intranet and would like to show the full name of the user.
Can anyone point me to where this can be changed and how? Basically, anywhere it says a username I'd like to show full name.

You have to modify the actual code files for this. I recommend following the Kentico Documentation to create your own layout/design then you can change what you'd like in there.
