Adding ad-hoc forum on the web

Ad-hoc forums are useful if you want to enable users to add comments to some page or article, but you do not want to create the forum for each document manually.

If you place the Forum thread list (ForumFlat.ascx) web part or the Forum tree (ForumTree.ascx) web part to the page and set the property Forum name to "ad-hoc forum", the forum will be displayed on the web site, but it will be actually created only after some visitor posts a comment to the forum.

The ad-hoc forum is uniquely identified by the alias path of the document they belong to.
