Object part of the path (e.g. /Text/text.ascx)
startingPath

Full path to the root of the web project (e.g. c:\WebProject\)

Return Value

Type: OnlineString
Full path (e.g. c:\WebProject\CMSWebParts\Text\text.ascx)
