Order ID

The ID of current order is displayed.

Date

Date of the order is displayed, you can also edit the date using icon or link "Now".

Invoice number

Shows the number of invoice. The number is automatically generated (You can change it on the Invoice tab).

Status

In this drop-down you can change the status of the order.

Customer

Customer name - you can edit it using the Edit button (a new window is displayed).

Company address

You can select an address from the drop-down (if available) or edit existing or add a new address.

Order note

Here you can add some notes about the order.
