This tutorial will guide you through the creation of a simple website using ASPX page templates developed in Visual Studio. You will learn how to define site structure, design, how to create your own pages and page templates.

 

During this tutorial, we will use a static website template that is similar to what a developer gets from graphic designer. It looks like this:

 

 

You can find the static page template in folder C:\Program Files\Kentico CMS\<version>\CodeSamples\SampleWebTemplate. The template consists of the home.htm file, styles folder and app_themes folder with images.
