There was no New Year hangover evident with 170+ websites registered in the first month of the year making the job of picking a top 10 quite difficult. The Designer Sunglass Company is a UK seller, specializing in Italian brands, and supplying sunglasses to global superstars such as Will.I.Am.
As an entirely new venture, the website’s goals were to quickly gain market share, create brand awareness and, as with most e-commerce websites, generate sales. The website makes use of the full suite of Kentico e-commerce features. The ease of use and functionality available in the e-commerce modules were one of the key reasons for choosing Kentico. The website is fully responsive and integrates with SagePay payment gateway.

In their own words, National Geographics Traveller „championed sustainable travel before it became a trend, celebrating journeys that are about place, experience, culture, authenticity, living like the locals, and incredible signature photography“. The magazine, recently launched in Australia and New Zealand, employs storytelling and you-are-there photography to inspire readers to get up and go, with the theme of „Nobody Knows This World Better“.
Devotion Digital worked with Adventure World, National Geographic Traveller’s Australia and New Zealand partner, to develop a website that inspires and converts customers. Digital and print subscriptions, newsletter signup, competitions and blogs make up some of the functionality. Fundamentally, it’s the use of big visuals and the distinctive National Geographic gold logo that delivers customer familiarity and stickiness.

SecureAuth provides secure access control through 2-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On for enterprises all over the world. In cooperation with Merge Design & Interactive, the goal was to create a secure, fully responsive website which integrated with the existing marketing automation solution and CRM.
Unlike in the past, new landing pages can now be created by business users who also have access to full tracking capabilities. The integration also gives the marketing team better visibility to optimize the online campaigns (for example search, content, e-mail and offline efforts) and helps them make better marketing decisions based on this information.  By employing the Personalization feature, end-users are provided with a great repeat experience. SecureAuth also migrated legacy, their WordPress blog, to the Kentico platform.
As a result of these changes, the number of new leads has increased significantly and bounce rates decreased.

Hunter Fan has a 128-year tradition of manufacturing ceiling fans. The company has been perfecting their craft to maximize comfort, energy, efficiency and aesthetics in the homes of their ever-evolving customers.
Hunter Fan worked with their trusted partner, Ntara, to update their brand and then build a site that translated the new look and feel online, while showcasing additional product features. Tailored to the Hunter Fan’s needs, Ntara crafted a scalable, responsive site that required the implementation of a new CMS.
Utilizing Kentico 8.2, Ntara built a complex e-commerce solution, customized for the various sales channels and product availability by retailer. This includes custom Kentico administration modules, integrations to multiple third-party systems, and a product management system developed by Ntara. Ntara expanded the Hunter Fan online ecosystem, igniting the sales of thousands of new items, never previously available online. The combination of this new ability and the newly designed website was responsible for about 50% of their online revenue last month.

Palmetto Fun Raising, a successful school fundraising company, created a new program called CORE Challenge to help students build character while raising money.
They decided to run the program using a web-based app to increase engagement with administrators, teachers, parents, and students, as well as provide tracking, payment, and reporting tools for the fundraising activities. BlueKey designed and built the solution as a responsive web application on Kentico CMS because of its robust out-of-the-box capabilities, role management, e-commerce, and reporting tools. In addition, through custom online donation tools and social media integration, results showed an increase in traffic, engagement, and ultimately fundraising.

Global Interaction is the Australian Baptist church’s cross-cultural mission organization. Global Interaction relies on donations from its supporter base as well as volunteer workers.

The goals for the redesign and redevelopment of the website were to increase donations, to improve admin efficiency through integrated e-commerce and to increase engagement across a wider supporter base and the general community.

Global Interaction specified a seamless user experience to donate via Blackbaud netcommunity, and therefore achieving backoffice integration to Raiser’s Edge CRM.
Kentico custom development was required on the projects search and smart linking of the organization‘s workers with projects, to personalize the donation experience.

BEMATECH is a leading Czech producer of window fashion and sun protection. BEMATECH partnered with PUXdesign and their goal was to present a large portfolio of products with an emphasis on the advantages and visual attractiveness of individual product types.
Presenting a large number of products required a well-arranged solution both for BEMATECH’s end clients and B2B partners. The new web site is fully responsive and will soon be available in 10 languages, each running on its own domain. Using Kentico enabled BEMATECH to place products and product categories on the same level in the menu. The website also employs document attachments for photo galleries, ensuring simple photo management for end-users as well as using Kentico’s built-in smart search function.
