As the number of our enterprise clients has grown, it has become a must to offer premium professional services and that is why we started to Kentico Consulting Services back in November 2009. Since then we assisted more than 120 companies, helping them deliver hundreds of web projects.

Our consulting services are intended to help clients with strategic topics, such as architecture, performance optimization or integration. We never compete with our partner channel and that is why we do not provide web development services as part of consulting. We focus on strategic level scenarios that go far beyond standard technical support instead.

What is a typical consulting scenario?

On average, our clients pre-pay 20 hours of consulting, while some repeat customers book over 600 hours! A typical consulting customer would be a Kentico Solution Partner delivering a web project for their client or an end-customer developing project in-house both looking for best practices, recommendations, configuration and implementation hands-on assistance to ensure success of their projects.

Who delivers it and how?

Kentico Consulting Services are provided either as specialized packages – Getting Started, Performance & Health Audit, Upgrade Audit, Upgrade Protection Plan or ad-hoc engagements tailored to your needs. Our services are either virtual or  on-site engagements delivered by Kentico Solution Architects  having an extensive knowledge of Kentico CMS/EMS and experience with many successful Kentico implementations. Consulting team is led by Karol Jarkovsky including him, Neil Powers and Miroslav Remias.
